DELIVERY POLICY

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery Window:
    Goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days after the order is confirmed.

  • Aim for Delivery:
    We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to vehicle availability and delivery location.

4. Customer Responsibility for Unloading

Customers must ensure that they have the necessary equipment and resources on site to unload goods from the courier’s vehicle. The delivery driver is not responsible for unloading or assisting with the unloading of goods. Failure to have appropriate equipment or personnel available may result in delays or rescheduled deliveries. Customers will be responsible for paying any redelivery fees or additional charges incurred due to unavailable equipment or personnel at the time of delivery.

5. Delivery Location

Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of order. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate to avoid any delays.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet the delivery goal of 3-5 working days, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or courier delays) may result in extended delivery times. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you promptly.

COLLECTION POLICY

1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to establish clear guidelines for the collection of goods from our Thurrock location. It aims to ensure that all customers are informed of the procedures and timelines related to order collections.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all customers who place orders for goods that are available for collection from our Thurrock location.

3. Collection Process

  • Collection Availability:
    Orders will be ready for collection on the next working day following confirmation of the order.

  • Notification of Readiness:
    Customers will receive a notification via email or phone once their order is ready for collection. Customers must wait for this confirmation before arriving to collect their items.

  • Collection Hours:
    Goods can be collected between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Collections are not available on weekends or Bank Holidays.

    All collections are to be made at our Thurrock location.
