What if I am not available to receive the delivery?If no one is available at the delivery address, re-delivery may be required, and additional charges may apply.

Who is responsible for unloading the goods?Customers must ensure they have the necessary equipment and personnel to unload the goods from the delivery vehicle. Our drivers are not responsible for unloading.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?Yes, you may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. However, custom or specially ordered products are non-returnable unless faulty.

What are the collection hours?Collections can be made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We are closed for collections on weekends and Bank Holidays. Please ensure that collections are made at the agreed time.
